Guosen Securities announced that the shareholding ratio of its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., has passively diluted from 33.53% to 31.47%, the shareholding ratio of its shareholder with more than 5% ownership, CRRC Shenzhen Guotou Trust Co., Ltd., has passively diluted from 22.23% to 20.87%, and the shareholding ratio of its shareholder with more than 5% ownership, Yunnan Hehe Co., Ltd., has passively diluted from 16.77% to 15.74%. This change in shareholding ratio is due to Guosen Securities issuing shares to acquire assets.
