(Guangxi Automobile), that according to the relevant policies of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (Guangxi SASAC) will transfer its 80% equity interest in Guangxi Automobile to Guangxi State-owned Capital Operation Group Co., Ltd. (Guangxi State-owned) in a zero-cost manner (the restructuring).
