Taija Group announced that China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings by 2.5174 million shares through centralized bidding trading from July 3, 2025 to August 25, 2025, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, with an average selling price of 20.31 yuan per share; and from August 11, 2025 to September 5, 2025, it reduced its holdings by 5.0348 million shares through block trading, accounting for 2.00% of the company's total share capital, with an average selling price of 21.45 yuan per share. The total reduction was 7.5521 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. holds 40.4479 million shares, accounting for 16.07%.
