On September 8, Standard & Poor's confirmed the long-term issuer credit rating of China National Chemical Corporation Limited ("ChemChina") as "A-" and assessed the group credit status of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Limited ("Sinochem") as "a-", which is consistent with ChemChina.
