According to the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, on the afternoon of September 7th, during the China International Fair for Investment and Trade in Xiamen, Deputy Director He Dongbin of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce held a working meeting with Li Nan, Director of the Investment and Enterprise Division of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
