Significant achievements will be made in theoretical and technological innovation in the integration of energy and artificial intelligence, enabling artificial intelligence technology in the energy sector to empower cross-industry, cross-domain, and cross-business scenario applications, achieving breakthroughs in intelligent regulation of electricity, intelligent exploration of energy resources, intelligent prediction of new energy, etc., and implementing intelligent body and scientific intelligence in key scenarios. The formation of a number of global leading "Artificial Intelligence +" energy-related research and development innovation platforms and composite talent training bases, the establishment of a more perfect policy system, continuous guidance for efficient, healthy, and orderly innovation in "Artificial Intelligence +" energy, laying a solid foundation for high-quality energy development.
