(referred to as "Xipu Materials") by issuing shares and/or paying cash, as well as 40% of the equity of Zhejiang Beide Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beide Pharmaceutical"), and intends to raise matching funds. This transaction is still in the planning stage. The company expects to disclose the transaction plan within 10 trading days. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of September 8, 2025 (Monday).
