Sunflower announcement, the company is planning to acquire the controlling rights of Zhangzhou Kepu Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and 40% of the equity of Zhejiang Beide Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. by issuing shares and/or paying cash, and raising matching funds. This transaction is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the "Management Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies", which will not result in a change in the actual controller of the company and will not constitute a restructuring listing. The company's stock will be suspended from September 8, 2025, and it is expected to disclose the transaction plan within no more than 10 trading days.
