According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on September 6th, there were 199 newly signed contracts for new homes in Beijing, with a total area of 11,256.93 square meters. Among them, 70 were residential properties with a total area of 7,782.93 square meters. Additionally, there were 179 second-hand homes signed, with a total area of 14,229.79 square meters, including 167 residential properties with a total area of 13,460.1 square meters.
