A senior official of the Yemeni government was killed in a Houthi armed drone attack.

Yemeni government army chief of staff in the southern front of Marib province, Khalid Musana, was killed in a drone attack by Houthi armed forces on the 6th. A source from the Yemeni government army told Xinhua that a Houthi armed drone attacked a government military base in the Falihah area in the south of Marib province that day. The attack resulted in the death of Musana and injuries to several accompanying personnel.
