Sabalenka defends her title as the women's singles champion at the US Open.

In the 2025 US Open women's singles final, top seed Sabalenka defeated 8th seed Anisimova 6-3, 7-6 to successfully defend her title at Flushing Meadows. This year, she finally lifted the trophy in her third Grand Slam final. She also unlocked her 100th Grand Slam victory as the world number one, and added her fourth Grand Slam title to her professional career.
