FAW Benteng's capital increase of over 8.5 billion yuan is finalized.

On September 6th, Beijing Property Rights Exchange officially revealed the capital increase results of FAW Pentium Automobile Co., Ltd., raising a total of 8.55 billion yuan. Among them, four leading enterprises in various fields, including Jiangsu Yueda Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Agricultural Bank of China's investment platform Nongyin Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd., China Telecom Corporation Limited, and Nanjing Horizontal Information Technology Co., Ltd., collectively invested 3.31 billion yuan. The controlling shareholder, China FAW Group Co., Ltd., simultaneously increased its capital by 5.24 billion yuan, and China FAW Group Co., Ltd. and FAW Equity Investment Co., Ltd. collectively hold 79.0394% of the shares.
