On the afternoon of September 5th, the opening ceremony and keynote address of the 3rd International Conference on Deep Space Exploration were held in Hefei. Liang Yanshun, Secretary of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, attended and delivered a speech. Wu Weiren, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, director of the Deep Space Exploration Laboratory, and chairman of the International Society of Deep Space Exploration, presided over the event and delivered the keynote address.
