On the evening of September 5, Zhongyin Securities issued an announcement stating that the company held the 39th meeting of the second board of directors and approved the "Proposal on Electing the Chairman of the Company". Director Zhou Quan was elected as the Chairman of the second board of directors, representing the company in executing company affairs as a director and as a member of the Risk Control Committee of the board of directors, with a term from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the term of the second board of directors.
