On September 5th local time, Qualcomm announced a joint collaboration with BMW Group to launch the new autonomous driving system, Snapdragon Ride Pilot, which was developed through a three-year partnership between the two companies. This autonomous driving system is based on Qualcomm's Snapdragon Ride system-on-chip, equipped with the jointly developed Snapdragon Ride autonomous driving software stack. Qualcomm stated that the system made its global debut on the new BMW iX3 model on the 5th, and has already completed adaptation certifications in over 60 countries worldwide. It is expected to expand to over 100 countries by 2026.
