Guizhou Maotai (600519.SH) controlling shareholder obtained Agricultural Bank's commitment letter to increase the loan of no more than 2.7 billion yuan.

China Guizhou Maotai (600519.SH) announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Guizhou Maotai Distillery (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Maotai Group"), stating that Maotai Group has obtained a loan commitment letter from Agricultural Bank of China Guizhou Branch ("Agricultural Bank"). Agricultural Bank has committed to provide loan support for Maotai Group's stock increase, with a loan amount not exceeding RMB 2.7 billion.
