On September 4th, after the market closed, UiPath, a leader in the global intelligent automation field, announced its financial performance for the second quarter of the 2026 fiscal year. Revenue reached $3.62 billion, a year-on-year increase of 14%. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reached $17.23 billion, a year-on-year increase of 11%. Operating loss under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) was $20 million, adjusted net profit was $62 million; operating cash flow reached $42 million, and non-GAAP adjusted free cash flow was $45 million. UiPath expects full-year revenue for the 2026 fiscal year to be between $15.71 billion and $15.76 billion, with ARR between $18.34 billion and $18.39 billion, and adjusted net profit to be around $340 million.
