The US Army has extended the active duty order for the Washington DC National Guard until November 30th.

According to reports from two American officials cited by ABC News, the U.S. Army will extend the active duty orders for the National Guard in the capital until November 30th. Officials stated that President Trump may still shorten or further extend this mission. ABC reported that this plan does not apply to an additional 1,300 soldiers deployed in Washington D.C. from other states.
