Wuxi Advanced Semiconductor Nanoscale Photolithography Trial Line Unveiling Event

On September 4, 2025, the Integrated Circuit Innovation and Development Conference opened in Wuxi. At this conference, the Yangtze River Delta National Technology Innovation Center's automotive-grade chip pilot service platform, the Wuxi Advanced Process Semiconductor Nanometer Photolithography pilot line, and the Jiangsu Photolithography Resin Synthesis pilot line were unveiled. The China Open Instruction Set Ecology (RISC-V) Alliance Jiangsu Provincial Center was launched, and the Wuxi Urban Smart Cloud Center node was released, aiming to provide a more comprehensive ecological support for integrated circuit enterprises in terms of talent, technology, and innovation exploration in Wuxi.
