According to the Citic Securities APP, the Hong Kong Lands Department announced that in August, there were 4 new applications for pre-sale of new residential units, involving 1059 units, a 13.6% decrease from the 1226 units in July. In addition, there were no new approvals for pre-sale of new private residential units in August, making it the fourth consecutive month with "zero approvals."
