Explore the implementation of a sports prepayment fund custody model, promote the application of digital RMB intelligent contract prepayment fund management schemes, and prevent and resolve risks associated with prepayment consumption. Improve the standard of youth sports training system. Implement real-name management of sports event tickets, and strictly investigate and crack down on illegal activities such as scalping sports event tickets according to law. Improve the mechanism of local sports administrative law enforcement, clarify the main body of law enforcement in the sports market and the matters of law enforcement, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of sports consumers. Encourage insurance companies to carry out insurance business for sports events and sports injuries.
