Zhijing Finance APP news, Keboda (603786.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 60% of the equity of Shanghai Keboda Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Keboda Intelligent Technology") held by Shanghai Keshi Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Keshi") in cash. The transaction price was determined to be 345 million yuan after negotiations among all parties.
