The United States initiates the third annual sunset review investigation into anti-dumping and countervailing duties on kitchen metal racks imported from China.

According to the China Trade Remedies Information website, on September 2nd, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the initiation of the third anti-dumping and countervailing duty sunset review investigation on kitchen metal shelving imported from China. At the same time, the U.S. International Trade Commission initiated an industry injury investigation on the above-mentioned products. The review will determine if the import of the products in question will continue to cause substantial harm to the domestic industry in the foreseeable future if the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures are revoked. Stakeholders should register their responses with the U.S. Department of Commerce within 10 days of this announcement. Stakeholders should submit their response opinions to the U.S. International Trade Commission by October 2, 2025, and submit their comments on the sufficiency of the response opinions by November 14, 2025.
