Wisdom Pharmaceuticals: Wholly-owned subsidiary Beihai Rui Zhi and Investment Control Donghai jointly establish Shenzhen Luohu Donghai Rui Zhi Pharmaceutical Industry Partnership Enterprise

Wisdom Pharmaceuticals announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Beihai Rui Zhi and Toukong Donghai have jointly invested in the establishment of Shenzhen Luohu Donghai Rui Zhi Pharmaceutical Industry Partnership Enterprise, with a fund size of 200 million RMB. Among them, Beihai Rui Zhi contributed 58 million RMB as a limited partner, accounting for 29% of the total committed capital. The fund will invest in the medical and health industry, focusing on innovative drugs and medical devices. The total committed capital of all partners is 200 million RMB, with Toukong Donghai contributing 2 million RMB as a general partner, accounting for 1% of the total committed capital; Shenzhen Luohu Industrial Development Partnership Enterprise contributed 140 million RMB, accounting for 70% of the total committed capital.
