Reporters have learned that ByteDance will soon implement a stock option issuance plan for its Seed department, mainly covering technical employees in the large-scale model direction. It is understood that in this equity issuance, employees will receive ByteDance options ranging from 9/11/13 thousand RMB per month based on comprehensive performance and different job levels. The options will be distributed monthly, with a total of up to one million RMB of options expected to be issued over 18 months.
