Philippine Airlines announced that the aircraft returned to Manila due to flight issues.

Philippine Airlines stated that a plane bound for Kansai, Japan had to return to Manila after encountering a "pressurization problem." In a statement, Philippine Airlines said that at around 11:20 am local time, the P412 flight operated by an Airbus A321 safely landed, and all 191 passengers and 8 crew members have safely disembarked.
