According to a report released by Dongwu Securities on September 3, Tianneng Lithium (002466.SZ) has been given a buy rating. The reasons for the rating mainly include: 1) 2025 H1 performance meeting expectations; 2) Greenbush: mineral prices fell in 2025 H1, cost advantages are significant, and the chemical grade three factory will be completed by the end of the year; 3) Lithium salt sales in 2025 are expected to remain stable year on year, with Quinana expected to continue reducing losses; 4) In the first half of the year, SQM contributed stable investment income, and sales in the second half of the year are expected to significantly increase investment income; 5) The strengthening of the Australian dollar in 2025 H1 led to a significant increase in exchange gains. On September 2 local time, Sumitomo Corporation, Mitsui Sumitomo Aviation Capital, Apollo and Boqun announced that they have reached a final agreement to acquire the aircraft leasing company Air Lease. After the transaction is completed, Air Lease will be renamed Sumisho Air Lease. Apollo and Boqun have agreed to provide funding support for this transaction. According to the terms of the agreement, common stockholders of Air Lease will receive $65.00 per share in cash, with a total valuation of approximately $7.4 billion.
