European bonds are caught up in a global sell-off, with the 30-year German bond yield rising about 5 basis points.
At the end of the European market on Tuesday, the yield on German 10-year government bonds rose by 3.9 basis points to 2.786%, trading within a range of 2.763%-2.801% during the day and continuing to fluctuate upwards. The yield on 2-year German bonds rose by 2.0 basis points to 1.974%, trading within a range of 1.968%-1.987% during the day, and continued to fluctuate at a high level after opening higher. The yield on 30-year German bonds rose by 4.7 basis points to 3.406%. The yield spread between 2-year and 10-year German bonds increased by 1.852 basis points to +80.807 basis points.
