China Ping An: Intends to cancel 103 million A-shares.

China Ping An announced that it will cancel 103 million A-shares repurchased in accordance with the 2021 A-share repurchase program on September 3, 2025. After this cancellation is completed, the total share capital of the company will change from 18.21 billion shares to 18.108 billion shares. On the day of this cancellation, the total number of company shares will change from 18.21 billion shares to 18.108 billion shares, the number of domestic shares will decrease from 10.763 billion shares to 10.6 billion shares, and the number of foreign shares will remain unchanged at 7.448 billion shares.
