Zhongheng Design: The employee stock ownership plan stock sale for 2022 has been completed.

Zhongheng Design announced that all of the unlocked shares of the company's employee stock ownership plan in 2022 have been sold. The 3.789 million shares of company stock held by the plan were sold through centralized auction trading, and all assets held are monetary assets. According to relevant regulations, the Employee Stock Ownership Plan Management Committee of the company will carry out liquidation and distribution work. After the completion of the relevant work, the 2022 employee stock ownership plan will be terminated ahead of schedule.
