Zhitong Finance APP News, Haidilao (06862) announced that the company's board of directors has been informed by one of the company's controlling shareholders, NP UNITED HOLDING LTD (NP United), that in order to simplify its shareholding in the company, the board of directors of NP United has resolved to distribute all of its company shares (Shares) strictly in accordance with the shareholding ratio to its shareholders (namely ZY NP LTD, SP NP LTD, SYH NP LTD, and LHY NP LTD) in kind (physical distribution).
