Xingye Holdings (00132.HK) subsidiary signs financing lease agreement with Hengtai Heat in Linxi County.

Wisdom Financial App News, Yingye Holdings (00132.HK) announced that on September 1, 2025, the company's subsidiary Green Capital Leasing entered into a financing lease with the lessee (Linxixian Hengtai Thermal Power Limited Liability Company) for a consideration of RMB 20.5 million (equivalent to approximately HK$22.407 million) to transfer ownership of the assets to the lessee. The assets will be leased back to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of five years.
