Dongmu Stock: Application documents accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

Dongmu Stock Announces its intention to purchase 34.75% equity of Shanghai Fuchi High-Tech Co., Ltd. held by five trading parties including Zhong Wei through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, and to raise supporting funds. On September 1, 2025, the Company received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange about accepting the application for Dongmu New Materials Group Co., Ltd.'s issuance of shares on the Shanghai Main Board to purchase assets and raise supporting funds. The SSE decided to accept the application and conduct a legal review. This transaction still needs to be reviewed by the SSE and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
