UBS warning: Dollar decline not over, investors should reduce, hedge and diversify their US dollar risk.

According to the Wise Finance APP, UBS recently released a research report stating that despite the US dollar index falling by over 10% so far in 2025, it is not expected to see a sustained rebound. The slowing growth of the US economy may lead the Federal Reserve to return to loose monetary policy, while the interest rate cutting cycles of most other central banks are nearing completion. Therefore, the bank is inclined to adopt a strategy to diversify excess US dollar exposure before the US dollar may fall further.
