Jiangsu becomes the first province in the country to implement "double exemption" for highway rescue services.

According to a joint announcement released by the Development and Reform Commission of Jiangsu Province and the Provincial Department of Transportation, starting from September 1, 2025, all fees for towing and crane services for vehicles on highways in the province will be waived. As a result, Jiangsu has become the first province in the country to achieve free towing and crane services for highway vehicle rescues.
