Ke Research in Real Estate: The amount of land taken by the 30 typical enterprises monitored by the land in August was "halved" compared to the previous month, reaching a new low in nearly a year.
According to the ZhuTong Finance APP, CRIC real estate research released a report on September 1st stating that the volume and price of land transactions in August both declined, with the market cooling significantly compared to July. This was mainly due to the slowing pace of premium land sales in key cities, with the average premium rate at 5.6%, the second lowest point this year. Corporate investment has significantly slowed down, with the land acquisition amounts of 30 typical companies monitored by CRIC in August dropping by half compared to the previous month, reaching a new low in nearly a year. Among them, 18 companies did not acquire any new land this month. In the short term, the strategy of being selective in land acquisitions will continue, with investment intensity dependent on the quality and frequency of land auctions in core cities.
