Among them, the company plans to increase its capital to Shanghai Lisan by approximately 210.5263 million yuan through its own funds, subscribing to its newly registered capital of approximately 809,900 yuan. After this capital increase, the company will hold approximately 35.87% of Shanghai Lisan's equity.
