The six regional hospitals in Guyana built by CGGC International have all been handed over.

On August 22nd and 28th, 2025, the final two hospitals of the Guyana six-area hospital project, Lima Hospital and No.75 Village Hospital, held their opening ceremonies consecutively. The Guyana regional hospital group project, constructed by China Geo-Engineering Corporation (CGC) through EPC total contracting manner, has all been completed and put into operation, achieving the final result. This is the first medical infrastructure construction project of cooperation between China and Guyana, and also marks CGC's "debut" in the Guyana market.
