The latest data from the private equity investment network shows that as of August 22, 2025, the current stock private equity position index is 75.55%, an increase of 0.69% from the previous week. Since August, the stock private equity position index has been on the rise, currently increasing for three consecutive weeks, with a cumulative increase of 1.62%. Specifically, 55.29% of stock private equity positions are at full position level; 26.40% of stock private equity positions are at a moderate level, while the proportion of stock private equity positions at low and empty levels is only 11.90% and 6.41% respectively. Compared with the previous week, the proportion of full positions has slightly increased. The private equity position of billions is still at a relatively high level, second only to private equity with a scale of 50 billion to 100 billion. Specifically, this is mainly due to full-position hundred-billion private equity reducing their positions to a moderate level, with the proportion of full-position hundred-billion private equity decreasing to 53.95%, while the proportion of moderate-position hundred-billion private equity increasing to 36.16%.
