Fu Ying Global Group (01620) intends to sell all shares of BVTEHC Inc. for 3 million Canadian dollars.

Wealthy Global Group (01620) announced on Zhitong Finance APP that on August 29, 2025 (after the trading session), the seller (the company's wholly-owned subsidiary BVTEHU Inc.) and the buyer (1001329818 Ontario Inc.) entered into an agreement. Under this agreement, the seller agreed to sell all the issued shares of BVTEHC Inc. (the target company) to the buyer for 3 million Canadian dollars (equivalent to approximately 17.1 million Hong Kong dollars), which may be adjusted. Immediately after entering into the agreement, the transaction was completed, and upon completion, the company no longer has any interest in the target company, and the target company is no longer a subsidiary of the company. The financial performance of the target group will no longer be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
