Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia signed a memorandum of understanding on Belt and Road cooperation to enhance information exchange.

The government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China has stated that the "Belt and Road" office and the Saudi Arabian investment department have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen information exchange in the areas of infrastructure and construction.
