Weichai Power announced that its operating income in the first half of the year was 113.152 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.59%; the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 5.643 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.40%; the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 5.148 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.04%; the net cash flow generated from operating activities was 6.838 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 46.59%; basic earnings per share was 0.65 yuan; based on 8.674 billion shares, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3.58 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, without bonus shares and no increase in share capital from capital reserves; total assets at the end of the period were 365.319 billion yuan, an increase of 6.23% compared to the end of the previous year.
