China Lesso Group (02128.HK) terminates its stock incentive plan.

Zhixun Financial News APP reported that China Lesso Group (02128.HK) has announced that since the adoption of the Share Incentive Plan (the Plan) until the date of this announcement, no shares have been granted under the Plan. As the company expects not to further grant rewards under the Plan before its completion, and in order to reduce administrative costs, the Board of Directors has decided to terminate the Plan effective from August 31, 2025.
