The enterprises acquiring land are still mainly central state-owned enterprises, with 8 of the top ten enterprises in terms of land acquisition amount being central state-owned enterprises. Some private enterprises also have a certain level of investment intensity, such as Binjiang Group (002244.SZ) ranking in the top ten in terms of land acquisition amount, while Bangtai Group and Dahua Group also entered the top twenty in terms of land acquisition amount.
