Guangfa Securities announced that its operating income in the first half of 2025 was 15.398 billion yuan, an increase of 34.38% year-on-year. The net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company was 6.47 billion yuan, an increase of 48.31% year-on-year. The basic earnings per share were 0.79 yuan/share, an increase of 51.92% year-on-year. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, without bonus shares and capitalization of reserves.
