From August 26 to 29, Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Ni Hong led a delegation to visit Uzbekistan. Ni Hong stated that the successful hosting of the first China-Central Asia Summit in 2023 and the second China-Central Asia Summit in 2025 has outlined a new blueprint for the development of China-Central Asia relations, and the summit has proposed requirements for strengthening exchanges and cooperation in the field of housing and urban-rural development. The Chinese Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is willing to work together with the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Services of Uzbekistan to implement the cooperation agreements reached by the leaders of the two countries, deepen exchanges and cooperation between the two countries and China and the five Central Asian countries in the field of housing and urban development, and jointly promote high-quality development.
