Sichuan Shuangma: Subsidiary expects to pay a mining rights transfer fee of 52.19 million yuan.

Sichuan Shuangma announced on August 29th that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shuangma Yibin obtained the exploration rights of the limestone mine in Bijia Mountain Mining Area, Gong County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province in July 2003, and obtained the mining license for the Bijia Mountain limestone mine in November 2006 after completing the "exploration to mining" process. According to relevant regulations, Shuangma Yibin is expected to pay 52.1937 million yuan for the mining rights transfer income. Shuangma Yibin will bear the mining rights transfer income payment, which is expected to reduce the company's operating profit by 52.1937 million yuan this year.
