Wisdom Financial News APP reports that Ganghua Smart Energy (01083.HK) announced that Mr. Ji Weiyi resigned as an executive director and operating president of the company's gas business, as well as a member of the Environment, Social and Governance Committee, due to being transferred to the Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong China Gas Limited, the company's controlling shareholder in Mainland water and environmental business. The resignation will take effect on September 1, 2025.
