In the first half of the year, Bank of China Hong Kong's net profit increased by 11% to HK$22.15 billion; net interest income in the first half of the year decreased by 3.5% to HK$25.06 billion. The net interest margin in the first half of the year was 1.34%, compared to 1.46% in the same period last year.
