The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance held a video conference on August 28 to further intensify the implementation of stable employment policies. The meeting emphasized the need to comprehensively implement various stable employment policies and release the effects of stabilizing and expanding employment as soon as possible. It is important to refine supporting policies, promptly clarify the list of targets for stable employment policies, manage and utilize subsidy funds effectively, and optimize service measures. Efforts should be made to promote the employment of college graduates and young people, analyze the situation, provide targeted assistance, explore potential and develop specialized positions, organize special service activities, and strengthen assistance for long-term unemployed youth. It is necessary to solidly promote the stable employment of migrant workers, especially those who have been lifted out of poverty, strengthen services, training, and industry coordination, and improve the mechanism for connecting labor supplying regions with recruitment regions to stabilize the scale of migrant workers. Efforts should be carefully implemented to enhance the capabilities of public employment services demonstration projects, strengthen classification guidance, promote project implementation in an orderly manner, and effectively play a leading role. Innovative employment policy promotion month activities should be carried out to increase awareness and implementation rates of policies and create a positive atmosphere for employment.
